Start with your class list

Copy the name column (plus grade and pronouns, if you have them) from your Google Sheet, then click Paste roster.

Copy cells from Google Sheets and paste below. One student per row. Columns for grade (9, 10…) and pronouns (she/he/they) are detected automatically; a header row is fine.

Send to Veracross

  1. One time: drag this button to your bookmarks bar → Fill Veracross
  2. Click Copy narratives below.
  3. Open the Veracross page where you enter comments for this class and click the Fill Veracross bookmark. Each student's box is filled in and outlined in green.
  4. Look them over, then click Save in Veracross.

Backup
