Testing Center Coversheets

What runs where

This is one self-contained page. The form, the coversheet layout, and the printing logic are all plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript running in your browser tab. There's no server, so nothing you type is sent anywhere. "Print all coversheets" just opens your browser's own print dialog, which is also how "Save as PDF" works without this tool generating a PDF itself.

Student data

Everything you enter about students lives only in this tab's memory while it's open. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or retained. Reload or close the tab and it's gone. The one exception is your own teacher email and extension, which this browser remembers so you don't retype them. The same applies to an attached exam PDF: it's read and rendered by a library (pdf.js) running in your browser, never sent anywhere.

Filling in the Test Center's Google Form

"Fill Google Form" builds one link per student to the Test Center's official cover-sheet form, with that student's answers already filled in. Each link opens the real form in a new tab so you can check it, attach the exam, and press Submit yourself. Nothing reaches Google until you submit, and this page never submits anything on its own.

The Test Center's form takes one student per submission. Open each student below: the form comes up in a new tab with their answers already filled in. Click through its pages, attach the exam PDF on the last page, and press Submit. Then come back here for the next student.

Submit each student's form before opening the next. Google saves an unfinished form as a draft, and that draft replaces the next student's pre-filled answers. If a form opens showing the wrong student, click Clear form at the bottom of it, then open that student's link here again.
